Refund Policy
Jenee Marcella Riedel Consulting provides consulting and administrative support services. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the services provided and the status of work completed.

• If you cancel before work begins, you may request a full refund.

• If work has started, refunds (full or partial) may be issued based on the portion of services completed.

• Completed services are generally non-refundable.

• To request a refund, contact us at  info@jeneeriedel.com with your name, invoice number (if applicable), and reason for the request.

• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
